To satisfy the requirements of the Electoral Commission for continued recognition of Libertarianz as a registered political party, I confirm that I am elegible to register as an elector and hereby authorise the Libertarianz Party to record my name as a financial member as at the date shown below, and to provide this information to the Electoral Commission, if so required under the provisions of the Electoral Act 1993.
